Because training & support requirements vary, DfH don't offer standard agreements.

At a minimum our software ships with a Windows Help File or similar. Further offerings include one 2 one, informal and class based training.

Supporting our software is very important to DfH.

We are available to end users & technical staff free of charge for 14 days following software deployment.
Beyond that, there are no support contracts or agreements.
Real Time Pricing means you pay for what you need retrospectively.
